Ross Ainslie & Ali Hutton:  SYMBIOSIS

Ross and Ali are super talented instrumentalists, and I often play with them as a trio, as a quartet with drummer Paul Jennings, and as a Big Band along with string section, bodhran, drums, bass and Moog.

The Royal Conservatoire of Scotland

I work at the Conservatoire as Lecturer in Practical Studies on the BMus Traditional Music course.

The Blas Collective

A collective of like minded musicians who meet up to sing songs in a professional jam session.

The Claire Hastings Band

I regularly perform with Scots singer and ukulele player Claire Hastings, both as a duo and as a larger band with the fabulous Andrew Waite on accordion, Tom Gibbs on piano and Laura Wilkie on fiddle.

Glasgow Fiddle Workshop

I teach Intermediate Guitar for adults every Monday during term time at Glasgow Fiddle Workshop.  We cover a range of skills depending on everyone’s interests, including tune backing, songs, standard tuning, DADGAD and melody playing.
